Long story short, I worked as the head technician for a small telecom supplier in Toronto for 25 years. Then I moved out here to Victoria BC where I am starting a sole proprietorship. If you have a Nortel or Avaya business phone system and are having technical issues I can likely help you. Same thing goes for programming changes or additional training on the use of said phone system.
